THE JUMP SQUAT (JS) HAS BECOME A WELL-ACCEPTED EXERCISE TECHNIQUE USED TO IMPROVE LOWER-BODY POWER. A VARIETY OF LOADING TOOLS ARE USED WITH THIS EXERCISE.
