“Validity and reliability of the unsupervised, Isokinetic three-minute all-out test for critical power.” Critical power is the highest sustainable power output during which steady-state metabolism is possible. We looked at the three-minute test to see if it accurately measured critical power in an unsupervised condition.
I have been hired by the Integrative Biology Department here at OSU to develop and teach Anatomy and Physiology through Ecampus. I will also continue to run Best in the West Events and E8 Timing. These two businesses are co-owned by my husband and me.
