Liu's dissertation contributes to the practice of OSH surveillance evaluation by proposing a tailored guiding evaluation framework based on field experts consensus. The research also explored potential data sources for more complete surveillance of work-related injuries and illnesses among a vulnerable population, young workers in Oregon.
