For admitted undergrad students
College of Public Health and Human Sciences
We launched a new site, #BeaverNation, aimed at providing a more interactive experience for admitted students and their families in light of COVID-19 precautions.
ONID provides students official OSU email accounts, web server space, and access to CANVAS plus your student portal where you can pay your ATD to notify the Admissions Office that you are attending OSU.
ONID registration is also required to access OSU ScholarDollars to apply for college and departmental scholarship opportunities at OSU.
The ATD applies to all newly admitted students to confirm your enrollment to OSU and is payable online through MyOregonState portal.
We have pushed our confirmation / ATD deadline from May 1 to June 1.
It is our hope that this will help alleviate some anxiety for you and your parents, particularly those of you hoping to visit campus before committing to enroll during this time of COVID-19 precautions.
To be considered for financial aid from federal and state sources, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and list Oregon State University as one of your first six choices, with Federal School Code 003210.
For the best chance of receiving aid, you should submit your FAFSA to the central processor by February 1.
If you submitted your FAFSA, you will receive a Financial Aid Award Offer. This letter outlines your financial aid package listing the financial assistance Oregon State can offer to help bridge the gap between your own resources and the cost of attending Oregon State. You can accept, reject, or revise your Financial Aid Award through MyOregonState by completing the following steps:
Some OSU scholarships, such as those offered by the University Scholars Program, are awarded to newly-admitted students based on the application for admission.
Many colleges and departments also award additional scholarships based on applications submitted through Oregon State’s scholarship search and application system, OSU ScholarDollars.
Newly-admitted students are eligible to apply for these scholarship opportunities through OSU ScholarDollars after they have set up their ONID accounts.
You will receive information electronically that describes the many great housing options at OSU. Apply early to secure the housing location that's right for you.
All students must submit health history and immunization information to Student Health Services. For information and links needed to complete the requirement go to Student Health Services.
