Developing specific resistance training programs to promote bone health, strength, lean muscle development across the lifespan, postmenopausal osteoporosis: How hormonal changes of menopause cause bone loss, prevention of osteoporosis-related fractures, fall prevention, improving quality of life through exercise participation, grant writing.
