Research Interests

Research interests are related to increasing capacity of HIV prevention programs in the US and internationally to better services to underserved populations with a particular interest in women in midlife and lesbian populations. Recent research has examined how capacity building models can help the resource poor communities in specific African countries to better implement current and future HIV prevention programs.

Personal Interests

My personal interests include kayaking, hiking, biking, cooking, and sitting quietly with my cat on my lap and my dogs at my feet. I enjoy all types of gardening activities and love to problem solve home improvement projects.
