Our students are prepared for public health leadership roles in international health, with an emphasis in health development for those in low-income nations.

Courses focus on recognition of complex issues, problem solving and developing analytical skills to critically view global health issues in order to promote comprehensive long-term and equitable health development. As part of this interdisciplinary track, students may apply their knowledge in an appropriate area of international health studies while also developing an individually designed specialization.

Come join our community of compassionate learning toward equitable and sustainable global health development.

As our student you will

  • Share your knowledge of and passion for global health.
  • Learn a comprehensive, multidisciplinary body of knowledge and skills for analyzing global health issues.
  • Design and develop your expertise through individually tailored concentrations.
  • Explore the world with critical inquiry through classes, projects, and an overseas field experience.
  • Promote equitable and sustainable health development through research and intervention programs.
