Items needed to apply:

  • Completed SOPHAS application ($125)
    • Official transcripts sent to SOPHAS
    • Official GRE scores (except PETE program)
    • 3 letters of recommendation (solicited by SOPHAS)
    • Personal statement (upload directly to SOPHAS)
    • Writing Sample (for Public Health PhD programs)
  • OSU Supplemental application ($75 domestic applicants/$85 international)
    • This supplemental application will be sent via email after the SOPHAS application is submitted

Deadlines

We do not have rolling admissions. Applications are reviewed twice; first, after the priority deadline, and second after the final deadline.
